Online event (90 minutes): “Scaling Water Resilience and Circular Water Solutions from EU projects: practical insights for regional and local authorities”.

Water systems across Europe are under increasing pressure from climate change, with more frequent and intense droughts, floods and water pollution challenges affecting people, ecosystems and economic activities. Regional and local authorities are at the forefront of addressing these challenges, often needing to manage competing water demands while ensuring long-term sustainability.

This event brings together EU projects and regional and local authorities, to explore how these solutions can be effectively replicated and scaled in practice. In doing so, it contributes to the objectives of the European Water Resilience Strategy (2025), which aims to restore the water cycle, build a water-smart economy, and ensure secure and affordable water for all.
