Early registration and abstract submission close this Friday, May 1 for Ocean Optics in Ghent Belgium!

Comprehensive information on hotels and B&Bs has been posted. Please consider making your arrangements for housing as soon as possible as rooms may book quickly.

In the coming weeks, we’ll be sending information on short courses and workshops. We look forward to seeing you in Ghent in September!

REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Registration for the conference is open. Visit the registration page to learn more about early, regular, and onsite rates, items included, and payment options. Early registration ends May 1, 2026. A link to the abstract submission system will be provided in the registration confirmation email.

Abstracts are due May 1, 2026. Visit the abstract instructions page for information on preparing your abstract and details on the abstract evaluation process. Notification of assignment as an oral or poster presentation will be sent by late June. Please contact Jenny Ramarui with any questions.

Ocean Optics XXVII will be held at two exceptional venues located in the heart of Ghent. Ghent features a wide variety of housing options—however, we encourage attendees to reserve rooms as early as possible, as the Flanders Festival runs during the same period as the conference, and available rooms may book up quickly.
